Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 3:30 pm CST will be processed the following business day.
  • All orders are processed within 48 hours of order confirmation. (Processing time does not include weekends and holidays.)
  • Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Orders over $500 may require a signature confirmation at delivery.

Partial ships

In the rare case that we will need to do a partial ship on your order, our customer service department will reach out to you and notify you of this.

Domestic Shipping and Handling

We are delighted to offer UPS as our domestic shipping carrier. The shipping carrier will provide the estimated delivery date via the tracking number. Shipping times may vary from 2-6 business days (Monday through Friday) after order processing. This does not include any potential delays for inclement weather, holidays, or other situations that may affect the shipping carriers.

  • Standard Shipping – orders over $125 receive the option for free shipping which is 2-6 business days.
  • UPS® Ground, UPS® 3 Day, UPS® 2 Day, and UPS® Next Day Air shipping on all orders. The fees are calculated and viewable at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at and we will provide you with your order tracking number and estimated delivery date.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer UPS shipping for international orders and only are shipping THC-free products. Please note international mail may require an additional 2-3 extra weeks to arrive. hōlus pure premium CBD™ is not responsible for customs delays or the returning of your package due to the destination country’s regulations.


Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you have an issue with your hōlus pure premium CBD™ purchase, please contact us at (619) 450-1682 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday (Weekends and holidays excluded), email We take each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to issue a return or exchange on products that have been opened. We will only accept returns on products that are unopened. If you purchased a kit, all products within the collection must be returned – partial returns or partial refunds will not be issued for the kits. When contacting hōlus pure premium CBD™ in regards to a return or exchange, please have lot numbers and expiration dates ready. Depending on the product, this information can be found by the barcode or on the bottom of the bottle. (A picture is preferred for this, but we will accept verbal or text confirmations).

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a full refund of the cost of your purchase.

Please follow the below steps to ensure proper processing of your return*:

  1. Pack the products carefully, to avoid damage in transit and if available, please include your original packing slip.
  2. If not, include a note with your full name, order number, date of order, phone number, and email address.
  3. Seal the package and take the package to a UPS office, local USPS office or give it your US Postal Service Mail Carrier. We recommend sending your return via UPS for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We are unable to issue refunds if the product is not received by hōlus pure premium CBD™.

*Shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable. hōlus pure premium CBD™ is not responsible for return labels on exchanges or returns. Replacement products and refunds will not be sent or issued until we receive the original product back.Returns are processed within 3 – 4 business days of the product being received. Refunds on your credit cards can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank’s policies. No refunds will be issued for the original cost of shipping and return shipping.

Only products purchased online via may be returned. We are unable to issue a refund for products purchased through one of our retailers. If you purchased products through a retailer, we recommend contacting the retailer and inquire about their return policy.
