Processing & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 CST, excluding holidays). When order confirmation is received, we make it a priority to process & ship orders within a 48 hours. Friday orders may not process until the following business day. Orders over $500, may require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
Shipping & handling carrier
We partner with UPS as our domestic shipping carrier; therefore, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical address for delivery. UPS will provide the estimated delivery date via the tracking number.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we can’t affect how quickly it gets to you. Shipping times may vary from 2-6 business days (Monday through Friday) after order processing. This does not include any potential delays for inclement weather, holidays, or other situations that may affect the shipping carriers.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of our products, there are no returns/exchanges accepted or granted on ANY items purchased.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.
